Connection issues

I have just purchased an elite dorito.
For some reason I cannot connect to my phone via bluetooth (galaxy s9)
Can anyone please help ?

Have force closed any apps or devices that may be accessing the trainer?

Most common is using something like the Elite app to update firmware, and then leaving it active. When you do this, the Bluetooth connection is still tied up and not able to be grabbed by TrainerRoad or any other app.

That is because Bluetooth only allows a single connection between a device/app and the trainer.

I think it is a phone problem. It wont pair.
Trying to configure the device just asks me to keep pedaling tried for 15 mins non stop with no luck.

At this point, you may be best to contact support@trainerroad.com for their input.
