Following on from recovery from this weeks podcast. What do people think of compressing clothing. When I get back from an outside ride and shower I like to put on compression tights and top to keep my muscles warm for longer. I have no idea if it helps, but it makes me feel comfortable. I was wondering what others thought.
I always wear them (ankle to knee) after hard workouts. Feel it helps with recovery. I have chronic tight calves and this helps.
I like the feel of compression, but studies show it doesn’t aid recovery.
