In a recent podcast after a ramp test, Chad says he was on a maintenance plan.
I wonder if TR would ever consider releasing something like this as a plan to follow? I can think of a fair few examples where I’d use it, and perhaps many others?
For me things like wanting to ramp up my running and prioritise that over cycling for 1-2 months, or doing a major DIY project at home.
Interested if others would find it interesting or have made their own maintenance plan?
