It should be somewhere
I have bought a 3D printer ~a year ago and tested it on this file to see how it looks - so it must be somewhere, I can’t find it now, I’ll try when I go back home tomorrow. I definitely have that printer cover, but where is the file? 
I must say - it is a very basic design. Today I would do much better in 5 minutes or less haha. But still it worked perfectly.
By the way - printed ones by myself look so much better than this one in my old photo…
