Can You Shift Recovery Weeks Without Moving Every Workout Manually?

Is there a way to shift or choose when recovery weeks fall without having to manually move a bunch of workouts?

I’m finding that sometimes my scheduled recovery weeks don’t line up well with travel or busy weeks, and it would be really helpful to nudge the recovery week forward or backward so it better matches real life schedules.

Right now it seems like the only option is to move workouts around one by one, but I’m wondering if there’s a cleaner way to do it?

You could try adding a “time off” note to your calendar. Strictly speaking, this won’t move the week around, but should ease the workouts after the select range down enough. There’s not really a recovery week in the strictest sense anymore anyway, as at least the generated training plans opt for an endurance week instead.
