Is there a way to shift or choose when recovery weeks fall without having to manually move a bunch of workouts?
I’m finding that sometimes my scheduled recovery weeks don’t line up well with travel or busy weeks, and it would be really helpful to nudge the recovery week forward or backward so it better matches real life schedules.
Right now it seems like the only option is to move workouts around one by one, but I’m wondering if there’s a cleaner way to do it?
