Can strength training be included in the training plan

Hi Folks,

Haven’t signed up yet so have a question. Can strength training be included as part of the training plan when preparing for an event?


It can be included! Just note that at this time, you can only add it as an “Other” activity to your TR Calendar, and you must mark it as “complete” manually. Your strength workouts won’t have any impact on Adaptive Training/adaptations made to your plan as of now.
