I just came out from my Priority A race and I am taking couple of weeks off before I start training again. I will most probably take it easy until after festive season.
I will not go back SSB - Build - Specialty trio until next June because my next priority A race is Nov 2020.
I am enjoying my off days but I know that my fitness is going down. I want to continue riding with my fast local group and participate some local races while trying to build/maintain/sustain my fitness.
I thought starting from Build Phase will be a good idea after coming from off days . I am looking for some advice what would be correct approach especially finishing Build Phase and maintain fitness until July.
