3 in normal use. High front center for head, face and upper chest. Rear center for hips, back & neck. Offset side front for main chest. #1 & 3 ported to cold air from the window. I start with #1 on for the warmup. Then kick on the rear #2 in the main set. I only really need #3 for when it’s not cold outside for #1, or when I have an extra hard workout.
