Does the TR team have a view about the benefits of isometric training specifically designed for MTB riding? I am in early days of a programme and have started to see that my hips open up on turns with more ease etc, but I wonder whether isometrics also create desired strength and injury prevention effects? Any thoughts would be welcome… thanks!
