Been off bike for a while. I’m 3 weeks into SSBMV 1 and all going fine. I’m aware that I’ve started early relative to April (when I would like to be pretty fit).
Is it accepted practice to do SSBMV 1 and SSBMV2 and instead of following with Build 1 to do another SSMBV1 or SSBMV2 and then Build.
