I’m wondering if anyone here has Assioma RS pro pedals and is having a similar problem to me. I noticed the following today
Is this kind of movement normal
Right
Left
Pedals have abouth only 400kms.
My old Ultegra pedals have 10x the mileage and no play at all.
I’m a little disappointed with the Assioma RS-Pro… I hope it’s not a missed purchase
Are you the same person who asked this on weightweenies a few days ago? Someone there said this was normal given the bearings used, I just checked my pedals and they do the same thing. I wouldn’t be concerned about it
Pretty sure it is mentioned it in the quick start manual too - it rings a bell.
Edit: this is the bit I’m thinking of…
I’m not saying it’s ideal…. but I think the only reason they put this statement in there is because there is play and it is expected.
OK, thanks for checking. Then I don’t need to worry. I just re-greased the axle so it wouldn’t squeak as is a very common occurrence
