I don’t have time to search and link, but this has definitely been discussed multiple times over the years. It is the reason I know how to find an answer via the Favero site in the first place.
Keep in mind (and as alluded to in the Favero info), this is potentially app and connection mode dependent. It is not a problem in all TR use nor other apps from what I have seen. To a degree, this really is a Favero issue because they are the only single-sided provider that I have heard with this specific issue.
It never hurts to share this directly with support@trainerroad.com so they can review and consider changes as appropriate.
