Any other off-bike metrics like the strength one pictured here?

I was glad to find the below for strength and didn’t know if there was a similar document for stability or flexibility. I’m new to structured cycling training and my head is still spinning regarding off-bike work. I know every situation is unique but the image below gave me a great starting point.

Just curious - If similar documents don’t exist for stability and flexibility, what metrics do you think should be on one?
