as we know we normally start with a SSB Volume 1 followed by a 2… then we would some speciality plan and then cycle back to SSB and so on repeat, implying we end do allot of Base training… It would be great if we say have SSBLV1 - option 1, 2 or 3, SSBLV2 - option 1,2 or 3.
to give some variety… (same options for a medial and large volume plans)
they way, as I’ve done allot of base training, it allows me to do a SSBL V1 option 1 first time of the year, then option 2 and lastly say option 3… just so that some variety can be maintained, the worst thing is boredom of doing the same training plans with the same workouts over and over.
