Adjust Power When Training at Altitude & FTP Detection?

Hey guys,

Live at sea level. Working at 5,500’ for next two weeks. When on trainer would you reduce power by 5% or leave as is? Did a 1:45 Z2 workout and HR was up in the high Z3 low Z4 range.

Also how does TR look at workouts at alt. in terms of FTP detection? As it appears as though I’m a lot less fit at altitude.
