Add "Trainer Road" or "TR" to the activity title

Add “Trainer Road” or “TR” to the activity title so that when it syncs with other apps, it’s obvious it’s a TR workout. Other apps already do this (Wahoo Systm, Zwift…). And, of course, for those who don’t want that, make is user selectable.
