Settings to sync TR data to Strava only. Want no Imports to TR

As title. What are the settings to sync Trainerroad activities to Strava only? I do not want Strava activities imported.
Once set, can I sync past activities?

Why don’t you want strava to sync back to tr?

I use different platform, calender etc.
