So if I do a big Z2 Sunday ride instead of the scheduled SS ride, does AT do anything with that? Right now it just looks like it thinks I skipped the SS workout and is suggesting lower levels for the following weeks. This is kind of a big hole in the entire system especially when they used to promote going and doing a big Z2 ride on Sunday as a replacement for the shorter SS Sunday ride.
Doesn’t do anything yet. When v2 is released then it’ll be included into AT, but nothing yet. Mind you AI FTP will look at the outside rides so it’ll improve your FTP eventually.
