Hello, sometimes after a workout, I’ll get a series of adaptations that include a yellow day + some longer term changes. I sometimes find myself wanting to accept the long-term changes, but NOT the change for the yellow day. Is it possible to do that? If not, is there a recommended workaround?

At the moment, adaptive Training adaptations are an all or nothing. One way to do what you want is to ignore the proposed adaptation for the yellow day, do the workout, and then wait for adaptive training to propose adaptations for future workouts
