Does adaptive training analyse your outdoor free rides like a group ride for example, or does it only analyse trainerroad workouts?
Only TR workouts so far. Their goal is to be able to score outside rides and give you ‘credit’ or adaptations…etc for the rides eventually. Probably a lot of time/work left to get to that point though.
Watching this closely. One of the biggest selling points of AT (to me) is that it should evaluate ALL my riding/racing/training. If I race on the weekend, I want AT to take that into account when it recommends workouts for next week. If I take a bike on vacation and knock out a couple of monster climbs, or hop in a fast group ride, I want AT to take that into account.
