AACC Podcast Topic Request: Deep Dive on Adaptive Training

As the title says, it would be great to hear a deep dive into Adaptive Training: at a high level, how is TR evaluating its performance? How is training consistency between people using AT and those who aren’t? How is the “AT always gives you the right workout every time” (which is said a lot on the podcast) evaluated?

I’m sure there are tons of questions/ interesting information that a deep dive could provide without disclosing the secret sauce.
