Just putting it out the but I have 3 weeks of 600 , 700 , 560 tss done so easy week coming up but I sometimes find that I could possibly need more that the week rest but it can be hard to call. Anyone else find that they need a little longer that a week recovery.
I think if you’re needing more than a week recovery you’re doing too much leading into it. Best to drop the intensity some in build weeks.
That’s probably good advice. Feels right to me.
