Hi, I think that TR plans only consider the 3 weeks ON / one week recovery. Is there any option to choose a 2/1 protocol? That’ll be interesting for masters athletes with additional demands

No option to convert it… Unless you do it manually.
Masters cycling plans use a 3 week load/ 1 week recovery structure, just like our non-masters cycling plans. Masters cycling plans include 2 days of intensity per week, while the non-masters versions contain 3.
However, Masters Triathlon plans are the only ones that do use a 2 week load/ 1 week recovery structure. Unlike how masters cycling plans work, masters Tri plans do not alter the composition of the workouts within each week.

Thanks Caro. Is there any fast way to adjust it manually like swapping weeks or turning weeks to recovery weeks?
