Zwift power smoothing broken?

Hey All,

Did anyone else experience a sudden drop off/change in the quality of power smoothing in zwift? Everything was working perfectly and now the connection is so laggy its unusable. Nothing has changed on my end in any way in terms of devices, network, etc. Zwift customer support gave me a bunch of basic things to try, I had already tried them and nothing fixed it.

Do you mean ERG mode?

both erg and resistance. In erg the delay is ten to thirty seconds whereas previously it was two to three. In resistance mode it’s slightly better maybe ten to twenty seconds delay. For a goof I turned my head unit on which users ant+ and it was acting normal
