Your Training Philosophy (1 sentence only)

I thought it might be fun for forum members to share their training philosophy or favourite training ‘isms’, with the caveat being you have to boil it down to it’s essence and share in one sentence. I know that some will hate this, but remember it’s just for fun!

Rules:

  1. You must stick to one sentence.
  2. You can be as creative as you want.
  3. No extra notes or commentary allowed!

I’ll go first:

Volume > Progressive Overload > Periodization > Training Plan
