XERT threshold power

I’ve just finished the XERT free trial. I quite liked the adaptive training meter, but was left puzzled by many ofthe things they use. I always though the estimated threshold power was too high. The freshness indicated didn’t seem to be accurate, ie telling me I was very tired when in fact I felt really good, and telling me I was fresh when in fact my body was saying the opposite. I also found all the graphs etc way too complicated.

Anyone dabbled with it? What’s your thoughts?
