Looks like I’ll be out, if TR continues to tie FTP to Threshold L3=Hard :

If only it could be tied to Threshold L5 (or just blatantly sandbag the FTP ) I might be in with a chance.

Who else is silly enough to look?

If done today I get the Very Hard, it won’t give me a prediction for December 12, 26 but the way the AIFTP increases been going I’m afraid to think about it

There is only one workout on TR with a higher TSS than Disaster. Cuyama. Had a crack at it today. It’s harder than it looks.
