Leaving Chad to send the party entertainment home for a second… what’s next folks, there was some great feedback after the event, with two events per year being the preferred option

Yeah…too many workouts & too few ambulances! The Widow Maker Challenge!:face_vomiting:

Just out of morbid curiosity, I made this today…

 You can never unsee it!

I do want to tweak it a bit…maybe make some ramp up or down, or vary the % - It’s currently 120% across the board and goes 5x 30/30, 60/60, 90/90, 2min/2min, 3min/3min. I don’t think I’ll ever actually do it. Just wanted to see the TSS for something like this…

I’m not convinced this is even possible to finish without A) many, many breaks; B) dropping the intensity; or C) Dying.

Doubt it.

A while back I took a lab test protocol and made this (and variations of):

It’s very public for any and all interested parties and/or rubber-neckers.

I am truly am considering doing it.
And yes, doughnuts will be served at my wake.

I have “faith” in you!

Didn’t we all say the same about Disaster?!

Totally possible to finish “as is”.

Take a look at the workout I created – 20% more TSS & 30% more IF.
Derived from an actual laboratory test with 100% completion rate (regular human subjects).
And not just once, but once per day!

I’m in

Do you have any background/links? I Have a floating week before a taper and might throw it in there

That’s exactly how I’m thinking…3 weeks out from my A Race + 2 weeks of taper…what could go wrong?!
