When I set up the plan (and also use the check volume function) i see the days are classed as “hard intervals” … “endurance” etc (see below), however when i look in my calendar i only see “threshold 2.3” … “vo2 5.1” etc. Is there a way to see both? I quite like to know I’m about to do hard intervals as it motivates/prepares me!
If it’s not an endurance day it’s a hard interval day.

I look at the workout graph of an upcoming workout to judge how hard it’s going to be. I find that more informative than a single word descriptor.
Ok, I didn’t realise there was only those 2 categories. In that case I can cope without!
This is something I’ve asked about in the past, but I don’t think we can be that specific in Plan Builder as things change from one phase to the next.
For example, you might start with three sweet spot workouts, then get some threshold and VO2 in a build phase, and maybe end up with anaerobic in a specialty phase (I’m just making this up).
As of now simply signifying hard vs. easy days seems to work the best. ![]()
