I have used the workout creator in the last few months without issue. But this week, my workouts arent syncing or publishing. Did something happen? (on a PC)
I haven’t seen anything posted about changes to it, but anything is possible.
Might be best to contact support@trainerroad.com if you haven’t already done so.
Basics are working - on a Mac and just modified and published a workout.

Just realized that with the latest update I had to change my password. So i just needed to log out and log back in.
