Workout alternative update

Does anyone else have this. if I for example want to swap a scheduled workout to a harder version with the same profile I select harder. I then pick a suitable one that is .15IF harder. If I think click on this workout in the calendar and scroll down to similar alternatives, those displayed should be of similar intensity and length as opposed to simply being similar to what the original workout was.

Is this just me or do others have it too?

I’m not 100% sure I follow.

Are you asking about the differences between “similar” and “harder” workout alternates?

I’ll take the example from earlier today.

I was scheduled stickney, I scrolled down to see similar alternatives of broadly similar parameters. I went to harder and selected Lick Rock. So far all good.

On the lick rock pane, if I scroll down to similar, I feel that those shown should be similar in intensity and duration to Lick Rock, not the original AI selection (stickney in this case).

it’s not a fault of the system per se, but I think if you select harder alternatives all other options ie similar, shorter, longer, easer and harder should be based on the new manual selection.

Does that make sense?

So once you selected Lick Rock, you scrolled back down to alternates and saw the same workouts that were shown as alternates to Stickney. You’re saying that those alternates should update to reflect Lick Rock instead of Stickney. Is that right?

Yes that is correct. Not a major thing but would make refining workouts easier. Thanks Eddie

I’ve just forwarded this to the right people. It’s now on our list of things to fix. :+1:

Could you take a look at this now? I think we have a fix up. :+1:
