Tour of Oman highlights should be available in the US, but it comes up as geo-restricted…but the screen that comes up says available in the US.
For some bizarre reason I’ve had things coming up as geo restricted when they are not or asking to subscribe. Most of the time just closing everything (other apps too) and restarting GCN sorts it. In the past I’ve also had to do log out/in and phone reboot too 
I remember last year there were races that said they were available in the US, but the GCN folks responded after the fact and said that was bad info.
@HLaB This was on my desktop…when I checked my iPad earlier today, it didn’t even list the Tour of Oman, IIRC.
@Pbase I may contact them, but not too concerned about Tour of Oman, really. Just wanted to mostly chime in since @TriSherpa mentioned it.

No commentary on the women’s SuperPresitige CX race this AM….
I knew the result thanks to an enthusiastic spoiler, my fault for opening faceboke, but it never came how I expected 
Didn’t realise my subscription was set to auto-renew, looks like I have another year of this whether I wanted it or not!
Lol, it gave me the notification but I was ‘GCN Race Pass’ which evolved to ‘GCN+’ so my subscription doesn’t expire to May 'ish. IIRC its also set to Auto renew.
Mine just renewed and I am good with it. Even at $50, it is a screaming deal for all the content you get across the whole season.

I subscribed to GCN+ last year and watched as many races as I could. Their race coverage of the Giro was excellent. Lots of time dedicated to the race itself from start to finish. Their commentary during and pre and post race analysis is so much better than anyone else, especially NBC, that it was and is hard for me to stand watching anyone else.
I watched one of their films. I may watch more this year. The Colnago one looks interesting to me. But it is the race coverage that I’m most interested in.
Count me in as a permanent subscriber.

100% agree and I subbed last March for $50. The documentaries are very good and coverage for the most part is excellent. Will be getting it again and well worth the money.
Between this and F1 tv app I am covered and don’t even have cable or any other subs. I do have lifetime plex so that helps.

I wish they would fix the app on new Samsung TVs so it stopped buffering all the time but the content is excellent.

Thanks. I’m going to check out the browser extension version, as that would be perfect for my use case:
- Watching races on the PainCave Mac Mini via Firefox - this needs the VPN
- Running the TR desktop app - this doesn’t need the VPN, so no need to introduce a potential problem
