I’m having trouble figuring out which workouts are part of the plan versus added ad hoc. I’ve added a number of ad hoc workouts around a low volume plan, and I’m having trouble figuring out which ones were originally part of the plan. is there a way to figure this out? Thanks in advance.
Overview of all the plans. But you have to manually go through them and compare them to your schedule.
You could always delete your plan and re-assign it, but there’s no ‘at a glance’ way to view this. Apologies.
Bummer. The only time I can recall seeing which workouts are associated with the plan is when the workouts adapt. Guess I’ll need to adapt more often.
