Which resistance band to buy?

I want to increase my options for bodyweight/yoga excercises.

There are 3 types of bands available at Lidl right now. Anyone got any input which set to buy?

The one on the left is long and has 4 loops with different strengths.
The set on the right consists of 3 bands with different strengths.

This set has 4 items and is a tiny bit more expensive. But what are the 2 broad bands even about?!

Earlier this year I picked up this set:

and during the week use the red one every hour or two to open up the chest (I work in front of a computer). The heavier ones can be used for a lot of stuff, including assisted pull-ups.

and I’ve got two SPRI Xertube bands for core stability work and face pulls:

Doing face pulls 5 or 6 days a week, done correctly the face pulls will do amazing things to improve posture and ride 3+ hours in the drops without feeling any back tension after the ride.

I prefer the WODfit style big “rubber band” to the kind of wide rubber strip with no loop.

It’s easier to attach to stuff and I think you can do a lot more with it.

Hey,
I personally use 2 types of resistance bands I bought on this website: haryzona.com
The first one is called the resistance bands set. I’m able to work all my body with this set. It’s great. Here’s the link to it: https://haryzona.com/products/resistance-bands-set
The second one are loop bands, these are perfect for legs/glutes workout. Here’s the link to it: https://haryzona.com/products/resistance-bands-for-legs

Careful planning is exercises to the long-term success of a Resistance band exercises for legs. Planning starts with understanding the opposing forces of exercises and convenience, and creating the proper balance. From there, it’s easy to move onto developing the key system structure.
