What workout did you do today? (2020, part 2)

Allegheny yesterday.

Missed last weekends sessions so moved them to this week, which meant long ride yesterday and long run today instead of Pettit today and Polar brick tomorrow.

Normally take the longer ones outdoors but down a road bike and didn’t fancy taking the TT out in the wind and rain. So netflix and spin instead. Switched to the big ring about halfway through - so much nicer on the legs. Time to stick the runners on for today.
