What workout did you do today? (2020, part 2)

Spencer +2 (fail).

Legs gave out during the fourth interval. I think I have some fatigue creeping in. Looking forward to a rest week next week.

I’m in the last week of SSB2-MV. Progression from 2-minute VO2 intervals last week (which included a taper during the last minute of each interval) to full 3-minute intervals this week seems a bit steep.

I’ve been debating which plan to do next - Sustained Power Build or Short Power Build. This isn’t the first workout where the legs (vice cardio) haven’t been able to produce power, so I’m going to work on short power. Definitely not my strength, so hopefully there is a lot to be gained.
