My dogs can hear the sound of that top coming off the bin anywhere in the house….literally impossible for me to sneak a few in without having to give them one each. ![]()
EXACTLY! Spoiled rotten ![]()
This thread made me chuckle and think of an old medical joke…
— Man walks in to his doctor’s office and says, “Doctor, it hurts when I’d do this.”
— Doctor: “Then don’t do that.”
Tummy ache or face ache, take your pick mate.
If it was good enough for Jean Luc Picard, it’s good enough for you!
That said I prefer coffee too. But there’s a much greater variety of taste depending on the variety with tea than there with coffee…quite a difference in taste with tea.
Try this: don’t drink the coffee. I’ll bet that solves the problem.
If the caffeine addiction is too much of a distraction, try just dosing yourself with caffeine. Not coffee. Just enough caffeine in the form of pill or powder to keep yourself from getting dope sick. Drink a glass of water when you take the caffeine.
I understand, but the sale of caffeine in my country is illegal and is considered a psychotropic prescription drug, the only effective intake of caffeine is to drink coffee or tea, if only z2 training, I can not ingest caffeine, but for high-intensity training, early morning coffee, help to quickly enter the training state, and feel better.
These days I try to drink coffee before eating some fruit, equivalent to the intake of some carbohydrates and fructose, there is really no discomfort, I will continue this method
Very interesting! What about caffeine gum? Or maybe a zero calorie pre-workout?
I’m just trying to think of a way you could continue working out fasted but still get your caffeine dose.
If you’ve time for a coffee, you’ve time to eat in my experience. Have a bar (granola/ nature valley) if you can’t face making anything.
Can you have a Coke a Cola? Or are those banned?
For me, also having a glass of orange juice helps with the coffee on an empty stomach feeling.
WHAT?!?!?!

This is stunning. I tried searching Google about this, and couldn’t find anything … what country do you live in?
This is probably obvious, but if it’s not clear, I’m almost positive he’s saying you can’t go buy a bucket of caffeine, but you can buy coffee or other things with caffeine in them.
In China, caffeine can not be sold, at least at the level of legal compliance can not buy, of course I know people selling so-called caffeine tablets, there is no brand guarantee and food safety supervision control, and of course there is feedback is fake, and does not contain caffeine.
On the other hand, Starbucks McDonald’s and other coffee for sale can certainly be easily bought, and individuals can also buy coffee beans to make their own coffee. What I mean is that, as mentioned earlier, it is very difficult to legally buy pure caffeine tablets in the pill category.
In fact, I tried to buy caffeine tablets through iherb, but the website clearly shows that delivery to China is not supported.
This is of course, as long as it is available as food, China has a lot of Starbucks, kfc, or make your own coffee, except that the sale of simple caffeine tablets is prohibited.
Officials believe that caffeine, which has an effect on the nerves, should be controlled, I think it may be because some people overdose on caffeine tablets
