Pluses (+) are typically slightly longer and/or slightly higher in intensity and/or more intervals and more/less rest in-between intervals than the base/source workout.
Minuses (-) are typically slightly shorter and/or slightly lower in intensity and/or less intervals and more/less rest in-between intervals than the base/source workout.
Search something like “Galena” in the workouts section and browse through the text to see examples of multiple pluses and minuses of a base/source workout.
