Weekly goals - guidance for the week ahead

I’d like to be able to get a good description of what the goals are of each week - to help with focus and also stay on plan whenever life starts to get in the way of training.

Good example would be highlighting the adaptation weeks - and giving guidance on how to balance my week and what to prioritise if something has to give.

They used to have weekly notes, but they found no one was reading them so they got rid of them.
