HELP. My wife convinced me to go on a cruise with her in 3 weeks. The gym bikes on the boat are the “Expresso” brand. Does anyone know if it will connect with TR? I don’t have power pedals…at least not yet…
Just tape your phone to the bike screen or bars and run a workout using RPE. Keep it simple: you know what Z2, tempo, Sweetspot and VO2 max all “Feel” like so just adapt accordingly.
Don’t forget that you’re on holiday with the wife. That’ll go a lot smoother if you spend more time with her than messing about on gym bikes.
