Is anyone else having trouble loading up today’s workout to their bike computers? I’ve tried every troubleshooting step but can’t seem to add my planned workout for the day…
We’re seeing reports from some athletes of issues with Wahoo devices. We believe this is an issue on the Wahoo side; there’s an acknowledged issue on their status page here: Wahoo Fitness
Our engineers are continuing to monitor this to verify it’s not a bug on the TR side of things.
I still am unable to sync. I’ve deauthorized and reauthorized several times but it’s still not working for me. I have a Bolt V2. On my bolt I will get a notification that TR has connected but immediately after I authorize the connection, in the Element app, I will get an error and it will no longer sync.
I was having an issue yesterday but seemed to get around it by opening the wahoo app on my phone where the workout showed up and selecting it from there. Maybe I got lucky but might be worth a try.
I am having the same issue. I had to go into the workout on my PC and go to the ‘push to device’ option. It’s annoying but it got the job done.
The fact it shows up in the Wahoo app suggests to me it’s a Wahoo issue more than TrainerRoad but I could be wrong.
