For those who still don’t get it: he’s talking about when your penis retracts back into your body, basically.

I’ve found that position on the bike and, more specifically, the saddle to affect this when on the trainer. Since it’s a static and you don’t have the movement you do outside, it can really affect that area pretty dramatically. Try adjusting how you sit on the saddle, how you hold your weight on the saddle, and how often you stand. Ultimately, you may need to try a different saddle that puts pressure in different spots.
