+1 for Schwalbe Pro One - ultra-reliable since day one on my 5.6s and only replaced after the tread showed more wear than I could ignore. Now I run Conti GP5000 also without any hiccups.
On my 7.6s I have the Vittoria Corsa Speed, 25 mm, which have been free of problems so far.
