Trouble pairing Bose Soundsport Pulse-Trainerroad connection problems

Hi - I have been using Bose Soundsport Pulse headphones for sound and heart rate. The headphones are no longer visible in the Trainerroad connection pages. They were available previously and were paired. Are there any recommendations on how to generate a reliable bluetooth connection between Trainerroad and the headphones? The headphones are connected to my iPhone and MacBook for sound. It’s just the Trainerroad connection that has disappeared. I have restarted bluetooth with no success.

The headphones need to be paired with Trainerroad before the Kickr. That needs to be done before every use. Simple solution.
