Anyone else having trouble loading the web interface? It’s been an ongoing problem for a couple days. Progress bar loads about halfway and gets stuck. App works fine. Restarted with same issue. This is on Safari MacOs Tahoe.

Hi @Eddie , thanks for checking up on this. I quit trying for a few days and just used the app to get in. Eventually whatever was causing the problem resolved itself and now I can access the web app.

Are you able to get through on another browser? Have you tried clearing your cache?

I cleared the cache, which logged me out, and the main TR front page will load, but I can’t get back to the log in screen. I haven’t tried a different browser yet.

I’m finding TR to load extremely slowly, and sometimes not at all, on my iPad for the last couple of weeks. Toggling the wifi off/on generally seems to correct the issue, but that’s seems odd because all other apps and websites work fine without the reset. :man_shrugging:

There’s an issue that we’re working on with app issues that’s being discussed here . :backhand_index_pointing_left: @jsiegrist ’s issue seems to be with the web, though, not the app.

Were you able to get in via Safari?
