I’m currently preparing for the TRANSPYR next year in the Pyrenees. It’s a multiple stage race with around 100k and about 2000m of climbing per day.
I’m 40 years old and would say i’m a novice in cycling. Could any one please give some pointers on training preparations, nutrients and so forth.
I’m currently on my 6th week on a Sweet Base Low Volume program.
Any help would be appreciated.
