To be honest, I’m not a big fan of sweet spot training because it’s too much of a heart attack and I’m definitely tired more than twice a week. So I’m going to start back to traditional training next month, although it will take a lot of time. On average I will have 8 hours of training a week, or up to 10 if I’m not busy. I’m going to use traditional medium volume training, two hours of z2 at a time, three times a week. The rest of the time I will consider other supplementary training. (Because of a long break, doing z2 helps me lose fat and aerobic base)

now I have concept2 rower at home, rowing machine I may train twice a week, once half an hour. Again, z2 heart rate. That day may then do half an hour of strength training (including core)

a week may go out running, 10km-15km. or choose to swim, because the winter came, indoor pool water temperature is still very cold, I may wear a wetsuit.
I don’t know if 1-3 is a reasonable plan, or if you have any other suggestions, thanks!
- concept2 skierg anyone buy it? I live in a place where there is no snow all year round, so I can’t enjoy the outdoor skiing at all.
