Training Playlists

The 9th installment of my House Mixes, with nearly 2000 streams and regular listeners from here I hope it’s making your training even more enjoyable.

The 9th installment is the highest BPM yet, but contains the same deeper, darker collection of music from across the House & Dance genres. The Melodic House scene has boomed this year with the likes of Pete Tong showcasing many tracks from this genre on his global Radio 1 show.

Plug in your headphones, turn on your speakers and spin it up!

Here is October’s 1hr House Mix (alright it is a little over 1hr), this one celebrates the genre’s roots with some Disco, Garage, Nu-Indie, Tech tunes to keep you motivated in the saddle, on the treadmill or out on the road.

Thanks for all the regular listeners and subscribers.

Not a playlist but if there are any 80’s hair metal fans here this is a must. Hairball John Radio.

There’s a remix named “Labor song” which consist of kpop songs, all with slightly raised bpm. I think this might be good playlist.

House Mix #11 for all those ride n’ ravers on here! Scientifically proven to reduce RPE…

Pair those pedals, turbos and speakers and enjoy (relatively speaking).

Angry electronic music. Generally, JOYRYDE is the call for “last one fast one” intervals.

Trainer tunes for the holidays
If you are an old punk rock kid like me, you’ll recognize all the music.

Not a Xmas tune throughout the hour.

The final instalment for the year brings another 60 minutes of bass, funky, tech and melodic house for your pain caves.

Updated the playlist again! :sunglasses::call_me_hand:

Love this thread. Been fun to listen to someone else’s playlist while i suffer through the intervals.

In the spirit of sharing, here’s my Youtube playlist, with the videos i watch (though i’ve also been watching the trainerroad videos).

Here’s my Spotify list. Mostly 80’s / 90’s alt rock with some newer stuff thrown in there:

I follow “A State of Trance” weekly mixes. They seem to fit quite nicely into my workouts.

30+ hours of mainly dance music from the late eighties to current.

As the longer term subscribers to my Mixcloud channel know I am a Triathlete and DJ. Spend hours listening to new tracks and each month I mix them together for a 60minute Dance music playlist.

This month contains some more of the Nu-Rave genre, continues with my current Tribal :heartbeat: and some more classic house and melodic techno. All inside one hour.

Good works form Tidal app for sharing. Any time for listening is OK for the wonderful music matserpiece. Subsciption helps me save them on my app and enjoy it anytime. Sometimes I use the Mac Tidal Playlist Converter to save them for offline playback.
