As promised, here is a UK garage Mixtape. This is all mixed using 12ā vinyl from the late 90ās, high tempo and big dirty baselines and from the underground scene. Not mainstream pop but great to get you through some gruelling sessions.
Double Bubble of Dance Turbo Mixes for your pain cave pleasure this week. This one is the ābuildā to my previous ābaseā level playlists. Harder, faster and contains some darker modern takes on Dance classics such as Insomnia, Greece 2000 and a Beastie Boys vs Jacko (Intriguing right) cut.

I graduated in the 80s, and this is what I listened to then. It also has helped me get through several workouts. It has 13 hours of songs, if you need to skip a few.
Sometimes I have to dig deeper and dive into 60s and 70s Classic Rock.

I like to listen to upbeat Synthwave, like Kavinsky and what not. Itās keeps me motivated throughout the workout, and is not distracting.
