Training approach in custom plan

Trying out some things with the new AI plan generator, but not sure what’s the best way to balance.

I have set 5 days a week with 2 hard interval days, 1 dynamic endurance, 1 endurance, and 1 easy ride. I have turned it up all the way to aggressive, but for most my workouts, they’re all predicted to be easy, save for a handful of moderate, no hards or above.

I thought aggressive would be more…aggressive? In other words, how do I get it to prescribe more intensity on hard interval days without manually adjusting each one with alternates (or TrainNow)? I’ve found the predicted effort to be fairly accurate so far, and I don’t really want to feel like I’m mailing it in on days where I’m ready to work. Or should I be concerned with overreaching?

Looks like you just started your training plan + you’re coming off some vacation. By looking at your Calendar I would give the recommended workouts a try and not try to manually make things hard. For example, completing 2 Endurance Workouts on Sunday made Today Yellow, missing out on your Interval Day before your next which is Fridays.

The following week is a Recovery Week, so this is intended to be easy, but I can see the AI Training Sim window already prescribing much harder workouts the following week.
